Coding Instructor (Indonesian Native)

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Coding Instructor to teach students through interactive online sessions. The ideal candidate should have experience delivering coding lessons and helping learners build strong programming fundamentals through hands-on projects and practical learning. Key Responsibilities •Conduct online coding classes for students of different age groups. •Teach programming concepts in a simple, engaging, and interactive manner. •Deliver lessons in- Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Scratch, AI & Robotics, and Game Development. •Create and adapt lesson plans, coding exercises, and project-based activities. •Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. •Support students in completing coding projects and assignments. •Encourage problem-solving, creativity, and logical thinking. •Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications •Minimum 1 year of experience as a Coding Instructor, Coding Teacher, or STEM Educator. •Strong knowledge of: ○ Python ○ JavaScript ○ HTML/CSS ○ Scratch ○ AI & Robotics ○ Game Development •Excellent communication and presentation skills. •Ability to explain technical concepts to beginners and young learners. •Experience conducting online classes is preferred. •Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. Preferred Qualifications; •Background in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. •Experience in teaching. •Familiarity with project-based learning methodologies.
