Senior Full-Stack Next.js / MERN Developer for SaaS Platform Expansion We are expanding an existing operational SaaS platform and need a senior-level full-stack developer (or a highly integrated technical partner) to take ownership of upcoming feature rollouts and infrastructure scaling. Our Current Tech Stack: Frontend: Next.js (App Router), React, Tailwind CSS Backend/API: Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, WebSockets Database/Auth: PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB (Mongoose) Infrastructure: AWS cloud deployments, Docker containerization What You'll Be Working On: Workflow & Request Management: Enhancing our multi-role admin dashboards and scheduling pipelines. Real-Time Capabilities: Optimizing event-driven updates via Socket.io to keep concurrent data states synchronized. Third-Party Integrations: Connecting payment processing workflows (Stripe), communication webhooks (Twilio/Email), and AI APIs for automated data categorization. System Hardening: Auditing route handlers, fixing complex async state issues, and enforcing strict role-based access control (RBAC). Requirements: 4+ to 8+ years of verified full-stack experience within the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem. Proven track record of taking absolute technical ownership of codebases from documentation to cloud deployment. Strong communication skills; ability to analyze root causes independently without hand-holding. Bonus: Experience building healthcare, logistics, or operational ERP-lite internal business tools.
