We’re entering the final phase of launching our new digital ecosystem—including multiple websites, a new booking platform, and customer-facing experiences—and we’re looking for someone who can help us push the launch across the finish line.
This is a hands-on role focused on executing website updates, publishing content, testing functionality, and ensuring everything is accurate and ready for launch. You’ll work closely with our CTO, marketing team, designers, and developers, but your primary responsibility will be keeping the websites moving forward every day.
Immediate Priorities (First 90 Days)
* Help drive the successful launch of our new multi-brand websites and booking platform.
* Review, update, and publish website content to ensure everything is accurate, consistent, and launch-ready.
* Support the migration, creation, and publishing of all website content—including pages, landing pages, images, videos, pricing, promotions, and other digital assets.
* Perform UAT and QA testing, identify issues, validate fixes, and work closely with developers to ensure a smooth launch.
* Help establish efficient workflows for content management, website updates, and post-launch continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
* Own the day-to-day management of our digital platforms through the CMS, including content, landing pages, promotions, pricing, images, videos, and other digital assets.
* Publish and maintain website content quickly and accurately without relying on developers for routine updates.
* Ensure content quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple brands and websites.
* Continuously review the websites to identify bugs, broken links, missing content, UX issues, and opportunities for improvement.
* Perform UAT and QA testing for new features, content, and releases, validating fixes before they go live.
* Work closely with our CTO, developers, designers, and marketing team to keep website initiatives moving and deliver projects on schedule.
* Coordinate technical requests with developers while independently managing all non-technical website updates.
* Manage the creation, review, and publishing of premium digital content—including highly realistic photos, videos, animations, and AI-generated assets—working closely with designers, creative vendors, and our marketing and communications teams to deliver a world-class online experience.
* Support SEO best practices, metadata, redirects, content optimization, and digital merchandising across all websites.
* Launch and maintain promotions, landing pages, seasonal campaigns, and new products across multiple brands.
* Monitor website analytics, user behavior, and conversion performance, making recommendations to improve the customer experience.
* Explore and implement AI tools that improve website operations, content production, and internal workflows.
* Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our digital platforms by identifying opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and website performance.
