You navigate through: WordPress Admin SureCart Settings SureCart Orders Automation/Integration settings Tutor LMS Enrollment page The enrollment list shows users, but the purchased user is missing or the enrollment isn't being created automatically. You also inspect the event/log details (JSON payload) to verify whether the purchase event is firing correctly. Problem Statement Customers can successfully purchase courses through SureCart, but the automatic enrollment into Tutor LMS fails. Orders are created successfully in SureCart, however the corresponding course enrollment is not generated, requiring manual enrollment. The issue appears to be related to the communication between SureCart purchase events and Tutor LMS enrollment processing. Possible Root Causes SureCart automation/webhook is not triggering.
