I need 2 map Vectorized and properly Layered.

I have 2 city map with some service provider and their connections in raster format. I want each color type connections vectorized and properly layered using adobe illustrator and share back the original AI, SVG, EPS file... (Budget: $8 - $15 AUD, Jobs: Cartography & Maps, Illustrator, Vector Tracing, Vectorization)
