Laravel Developer for Church Platform

We are looking for an experienced PHP Laravel developer to build a centralized benevolence management platform for a church organization. The system will replace fragmented workflows currently handled through Google Forms, spreadsheets, email, paper forms, and manual committee reviews. The platform will include applicant account creation and onboarding, dynamic smart forms, document uploads, sensitive information collection, committee review workflows, approval queues, fulfillment/disbursement tracking, audit logs, messaging between applicants and admins, recurring assistance tracking, dashboards, transaction history, reporting, and role-based permissions. The system must support emergency override workflows, accounting visibility, receipt/document uploads, and complete historical tracking of all actions and financial transactions.
