Vibe-Code AI Video Editor As Desktop App (Electron + Claude + Remotion)

Hello, I'm looking for a developer to vibe-code an app for me, I want an autonomous AI video editor that takes a script + voiceover as input and outputs a fully edited video, sourcing its own visuals, planning its own scenes, and rendering locally. Think of it as a one-person video production team in a desktop app. This is inspired by an existing working pipeline (built in 3 days by a solo dev) and I want my own version, customized to my niche. I don't need you to invent the architecture from scratch, the blueprint below is the spec. I need you to build it cleanly, package it, and hand it over working. All media used by the app will be owned by me, licensed through paid APIs or otherwise, or properly rights-cleared. The build needs to respect the terms of every provider integrated. What the App Needs to Do; Input: A script + a voiceover file Output: A fully edited, rendered video (15 min average) with images, clips, transitions, SFX, music, title cards, lower thirds, and motion graphics. Pipeline Scene Planning (Claude Sonnet/Opus 4.7/4.8 or Fable if available); Reads the script and produces a structured scene plan including: Number of beats (visual changes) Ratio of clips vs. images (tuned to my niche via reference examples I'll provide) Search/selection terms for each visual Title card and lower-third copy Transition choices and placement Motion graphics specs (graphs, callouts) and where to insert them Asset Sourcing; Images via a (licensed) image search API (open to recommendations, like Pexels, Pixabay, or similar) Clips via licensed stock video APIs Pull from a permanent asset folder I provide (transition pack, SFX pack, 4–5 royalty-free music tracks, animated backgrounds,etc) QC Pass (Gemini 2.5 Flash); Accept/reject every sourced visual against guidelines I'll provide Upscale low-quality images that are script-critical Stitching & Rendering (Claude Sonnet 4.6 + Remotion); Claude acts as the orchestrator across all modules Final assembly + render via Remotion Renders locally on my PC OR in the cloud, but considering compute costs it's not preferred. Desktop App Shell; Electron wrapper Clean, functional frontend — not over-engineered Simple UI: drop in script + VO, hit go, watch progress, get video Tech Stack; LLM APIs: Anthropic (Claude Sonnet 4.6/4,7), Google (Gemini 2.5 Flash) Asset APIs: Licensed stock media providers (final selection during planning, let's discuss options) Tools: Remotion, Electron I'll bring my own API keys and licenses. Comfortable orchestrating multi-LLM pipelines (Claude + Gemini) "Vibe coder" mentality is fine, AI-assisted dev is welcome, as long as the final product is stable and working. Bonus: experience with ffmpeg, video rendering pipelines, and so on.
