Frontend Engineer (React, AI-Native)

We're looking for a mid-to-senior Frontend Engineer who loves building modern, AI-powered user experiences. You'll own and evolve a React application that powers our AI products, working closely with backend, product, and design to build intuitive interfaces for complex workflows. While you'll improve an existing React/Redux codebase, much of the work is building new experiences around AI, automation, and data. This is a great role for someone who enjoys shipping quickly, taking ownership, and using AI as part of their daily engineering workflow. What You'll Do Own and evolve a production React application built with React, Redux, and TypeScript. Integrate new backend APIs and design scalable frontend architecture. Build AI-first user experiences, including conversational interfaces, human-in-the-loop workflows, and rich data visualizations. Develop reusable components and frontend infrastructure that scales with the product. Collaborate closely with product, backend engineers, and designers to turn ideas into shipped features. Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the application. Write automated tests and leverage AI tools to increase engineering velocity. What We're Looking For 3–6+ years of professional experience building production React applications. Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Redux (or similar state management). Comfortable owning features end-to-end, from API integration through production. Experience designing scalable frontend architecture—not just implementing screens. Familiarity with authentication, API design, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.). Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points Experience building AI products or LLM-powered interfaces. Comfortable using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants. Experience with data visualization or complex workflows. Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or frontend automation. Full-stack experience is a plus.
