Full-Stack Developer — AI-Augmented Engineering

We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong programming fundamentals and extensive software development experience. The ideal candidate knows how to use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining high standards of software engineering, architecture, security, and code quality. We're seeking professionals who can confidently work with large and complex production codebases and deliver reliable, production-ready solutions. Tech Stack - TypeScript - React - Next.js -AWS (Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, IAM, and related services) Responsibilities - Own the full software development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing and deployment. - Use AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency while ensuring code quality and maintainability. - Ensure new code aligns with the existing architecture and established engineering practices. - Review code for correctness, maintainability, performance, and security. - Write comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests, including thoughtful edge-case coverage. - Apply industry-standard security best practices throughout the development process. - Troubleshoot production issues and deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with TypeScript. - Strong expertise with React and Next.js. - Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). - Hands-on experience with AWS services, including serverless architectures. - Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices. - Experience reviewing and validating code for quality, security, and maintainability. - Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development workflow. - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Nice to Have - Experience with iOS and/or Android development. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with security and compliance best practices.
