Long-Term AI Engineer / NLP Researcher

We are building a ChatGPT-style language engine focused on Kenyan languages and local knowledge. Our goal is to develop a language model ecosystem that understands local languages, culture, daily life, and regional context. The project begins as a research and development (LAB) extension and may later expand into a production-grade frontier AI platform. This is not a short-term project. We are looking for a long-term technical partners who has real experience building language technologies rather than simply using existing LLM APIs.
