Match Captions for Video Ending

My MP4 video is fully captioned except for the last 20 seconds. The existing captions are already burned into the footage; I don’t have an SRT or text file to give you. I need those missing 20 seconds captioned so perfectly that no one can tell where the original captions stop and yours begin...
