CI/CD System Setup for Multi-Repo Project

We are seeking a DevOps expert to set up a CI/CD system for our project, which consists of four separate repositories (Next.js, Laravel, and two Node.js). The system will be hosted on AWS, and the server will be configured accordingly. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multi-repo projects and ensuring seamless integration across different technologies.
