Full-Stack React Developer for B2B CRM Platform, Next.js / Supabase / Lovable

We're looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to continue building and improving an existing B2B CRM platform. The application is built with Next.js, Supabase, and was initially scaffolded using Lovable, along with several third-party integrations. Since a significant portion of the original codebase was AI-generated, we now need a seasoned developer to raise code quality, strengthen the architecture, resolve existing issues, and ship new functionality that scales with our customers. Responsibilities: Refactor and improve the existing Next.js codebase generated via Lovable Fix bugs, eliminate technical debt, and address performance bottlenecks Enhance Supabase schema design, RLS policies, and backend logic (Postgres functions, triggers, edge functions) Design and implement new CRM features and workflows (pipelines, contacts, deals, automations, reporting, etc.) Improve overall application architecture, modularity, and long-term maintainability Integrate third-party APIs (email, calendar, telephony, enrichment, billing, etc.) Collaborate on product and technical decisions with the founding team Required Skills: Next.js (App Router, SSR/ISR, API routes) React JavaScript / TypeScript Supabase (Auth, Database, Storage, Edge Functions, RLS) PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, performance tuning) Experience working with or refactoring Lovable / AI-generated codebases Third-party API integrations Full-stack B2B SaaS / CRM product development Code refactoring, architecture, and optimization
