WooCommerce Expert Needed

Project Description We're looking for a skilled WooCommerce expert to help build/optimise/maintain our online store. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows WooCommerce inside and out and can deliver clean, reliable, and scalable solutions. About the project: A new product is about to launch globally. Scope of Work Set up / customise WooCommerce store including product catalogue, categories, and variations Configure payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay) and shipping rules Integrate and configure relevant plugins (e.g., subscriptions, bookings, inventory management) Optimise site speed and performance for a smooth checkout experience Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility Troubleshoot and fix existing bugs/issues [if applicable] Implement SEO best practices for product and category pages Set up analytics and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) Ensure security best practices and PCI compliance for payment handling Provide documentation and/or training for ongoing store management Requirements Proven experience building and customising WooCommerce stores (please share portfolio/examples) Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with popular WooCommerce extensions and third-party integrations Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.) if relevant to our theme Understanding of website performance optimisation (caching, image optimisation, etc.) Knowledge of basic SEO principles for ecommerce Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to work within [specified timezone/overlap hours] for collaboration Nice to have: Experience with WooCommerce Subscriptions, Dynamic Pricing, bundles, subscriptions Familiarity with headless WooCommerce or API integrations Experience with multi-currency or multi-language stores
