Full Stack Engineer

Full-Stack Engineer – Scalable Live Streaming Platform We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to help build a scalable live streaming platform from the ground up. You must be comfortable using AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools to speed up development, debugging, and research workflows. You will work on both frontend and backend systems related to live streaming, real-time communication, media infrastructure, and scalable streaming architecture. Responsibilities - Build and maintain a scalable live streaming platform - Develop frontend and backend systems for real-time streaming applications - Implement features such as: - Live streaming - Real-time chat - Stream management - Viewer analytics - Notifications - Creator/user dashboards - Build scalable APIs and WebSocket-based real-time systems Integrate streaming technologies such as: - WebRTC - RTMP - HLS - FFmpeg - Optimize video delivery, stream latency, and system performance - Design backend systems capable of handling large concurrent traffic - Work with cloud infrastructure, containers, and scalable deployment systems - Use AI-assisted development workflows to rapidly prototype and ship features Requirements - Strong full-stack development experience - Strong frontend experience with: -- React -- Next.js -- TypeScript -- Tailwind CSS Strong backend experience with: - Node.js - Python - REST APIs - WebSocket servers Experience building scalable real-time applications Familiarity with: - WebRTC - RTMP - HLS - FFmpeg - Media streaming pipelines - Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and scalable backend architecture - Experience with Docker and cloud infrastructure - Strong understanding of performance optimization and scalability - Comfortable working in fast-paced startup-style environments - Must be comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar tools in daily development workflows Nice to Have - Experience with OBS integrations - Experience with low-latency streaming systems - Experience with AWS/GCP media infrastructure - Familiarity with Kubernetes or ECS - Experience building large-scale consumer platforms Project Goal We are building a scalable live streaming platform focused on performance, reliability, and real-time interaction at scale.
