Khôra Home, Khôra Marketplace & Eat Your Greens! Organic Farm We are seeking a full-time Growth Marketing & Content Manager who can help build awareness, authority, trust, and sales across Khôra Home, Khôra Marketplace, and Eat Your Greens. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, moves quickly, creates consistently, understands storytelling, and knows how to turn innovation into engaging content that drives customer action. The immediate need is to rebuild and accelerate our digital presence. Over the last year, our social media channels have not received the attention required to support the amount of innovation, product development, research, partnerships, and market opportunities underway. There is significant content that needs to be created to establish our foundation, educate our audience, grow our community, and position our brands as leaders in the future of food, functional nutrition, and local agriculture. The goal is to move from limited visibility to a strong, consistent, trusted brand presence — creating enough content, engagement, and authority that future marketing campaigns can focus on acceleration rather than rebuilding the foundation. This role is approximately: --- 70% Content Creation & Publishing * Creating daily content across multiple platforms * Turning company updates, science, products, partnerships, and customer stories into engaging posts * Producing short-form videos, reels, educational content, graphics, and storytelling campaigns * Repurposing content efficiently across channels --- 20% Community Growth & Engagement * Building relationships with followers, customers, farmers, vendors, and partners * Increasing engagement and conversations * Growing brand communities * Responding, interacting, and identifying opportunities --- 10% Analytics & Optimization * Tracking performance * Understanding what content drives followers, engagement, leads, and sales * Using data to refine content strategy * Identifying trends and opportunities This is not a role focused solely on creating marketing plans.
