PetPooja-WooCommerce API Integration

I need my current WordPress site, which runs WooCommerce for its online menu, to talk directly to the PetPooja API. Two key things must happen automatically: 1. Every time I update an item or change a price in PetPooja, the same change should appear in WooCommerce without manual work...
