The Project
We run Database Emailer, an opt-in B2B data + outreach platform. We have two live properties — databaseemailer.com (marketing) and databaseemailer.app (product) — and we want to reposition them from a static landing page into a premium, conversion-driven experience that communicates product value in the first five seconds.
The core narrative we want a visitor to grasp immediately: "I can search verified data, download it, and use software to monetize it." The redesign should make the brand feel credible, modern, and sales-focused.
We've attached a reference mock of the direction we're aiming for (strong hero messaging, a clear "free data query" flow, premium data/software cards, trust signals, and product-preview sections). We're not looking for a pixel-clone of it — we want a designer/developer who can take this direction and push it further.
What We're Looking For
Reposition the site around conversion rather than description — stronger hero, clearer CTAs, faster time-to-value.
Design and build a "free data query" flow that lets visitors experience searching verified data before signing up.
Premium product cards for both the data offering and the software/outreach tooling.
Trust signals throughout: compliance badges (opt-in, GDPR, CAN-SPAM), logo walls, social proof, live result counts.
Product-preview style sections (dashboard/audience-search snapshots) that show the product working.
Consistent design system across .com and .app so the marketing and product surfaces feel like one brand.
Responsive, fast, and accessible (Core Web Vitals matter to us).
Preferred Stack (flexible)
We lean toward React + Express + Kubernetes, with a clean component library and a maintainable design system. If you have a strong case for a different approach, make it. Bonus if you've worked on data-heavy or SaaS marketing sites before.
What to Include in Your Proposal
A short read on our current sites (databaseemailer.com / .app) — what's working, what's hurting conversion, and one concrete idea you'd lead with.
2–3 relevant portfolio pieces, ideally SaaS or data/outreach products.
Your recommended stack and rough approach.
A realistic timeline and budget range.
How you'd handle the "free data query" interactive flow.
We're soliciting input from a few developers/designers and genuinely want strategic feedback, not just a quote. The strongest proposals will show you understand the repositioning, not just the redesign.
