Website Re-Design and Migration

I'm working on a full website re-design for argumentcenterededucation.com (migrating it to argumentcenterededucation.org). I have a website contractor who designed and maintains the original site and who will implement on the technical back-end, but I need a designer to help me ensure that the new site is visually refreshed, aesthetically appealing, structurally clean. I might also need help with refreshing my logo and with making my new Substack visually appealing and professional, as well. The ideal candidate will have excellent graphic design skills, while also being experienced in website building, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
