Ai Automation developer for Internal Business Workflows (Claude / Open AI / Hubspot)

We’re looking for an experienced AI Automation Developer to help us automate several internal business processes for our growing services company. We’ve already experimented with ChatGPT and Claude, but most of our workflows still require manual effort. Our goal is to build reliable AI-powered automations that integrate with the tools our team already uses every day. The first phase of the project will focus on automating one internal workflow that includes: Monitoring incoming customer emails Categorizing requests and identifying priority Searching our internal documentation for relevant information Drafting responses for team review Updating HubSpot automatically Notifying the appropriate team member in Slack Our current stack includes Gmail, Google Drive, HubSpot and Slack. We’re open to using n8n, Make, Zapier or a custom solution based on your recommendation. We’re not looking for a simple chatbot. We’re looking for someone who has built production AI workflows that connect multiple business systems and are used by real teams. If the first workflow is successful, we’d like to continue automating additional processes such as proposal generation, meeting summaries, document classification, CRM updates and internal reporting.
