AI Automation Developer Needed – Build Claude-Powered Business Operations Platform

We are seeking an experienced AI developer or small development team to build a Claude-powered operations platform that streamlines email management and automates interior design presentation creation. The ideal candidate has experience building AI agents, integrating APIs, and developing production-ready automation workflows. Project Overview The platform will consist of two primary AI agents: 1. Email, Task & Daily Summary Agent This agent will connect to Gmail and automatically review incoming and outgoing email conversations. Each morning, it will generate a comprehensive summary that includes: Conversation summaries organized by project Emails requiring follow-up Urgent tasks and reminders Deadlines and commitments Suggested draft responses Integration with Google Calendar and Google Tasks Approval workflow before sending external communications 2. Interior Design Presentation Agent This agent will automate the creation of client-ready product presentations for an interior design firm by: Accepting product links or spreadsheets Retrieving product images from official vendor websites Extracting product specifications Gathering pricing (public and internal where available) Creating professionally designed Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations using predefined templates Recording product sources and pricing dates for reference Preferred Technology Stack Claude API (Anthropic) Python and/or Node.js n8n or similar workflow automation platform Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Drive, Slides) Supabase or PostgreSQL Google Cloud or AWS Experience with AI agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), structured data extraction, and API integrations Deliverables Production-ready AI platform Secure Google Workspace integrations Central project database Approval dashboard Automated daily email briefing Automated presentation generation Complete source code and documentation Deployment assistance Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who has: Experience building AI agent applications Strong API integration skills Experience with Claude or other LLMs Knowledge of workflow automation platforms Experience developing internal business tools and dashboards Excellent communication skills Please include examples of similar AI automation projects you've built, the technologies you used, and your proposed approach to this project.
