AI/LLM Developer — Governance & Compliance Focus | CCAF Certification Sponsored

Project overview: I'm building an AI consultancy focused on AI governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise deployments in regulated industries (financial services, EU AI Act, DORA). I'm looking for an experienced AI/LLM developer for ongoing freelance collaboration. Certification sponsorship: I'm a CCAF candidate (Anthropic's official certification program) and I'll cover the USD 99 exam fee for the right developer who completes the Anthropic training and passes. This is a real credential with real value in enterprise AI contexts. Responsibilities: • Claude API integrations and prompt engineering • RAG pipeline development and optimization • Compliance-adjacent AI tooling (audit logging, access control, explainability) • Agent frameworks and document processing workflows • Contributing to client deliverables and technical documentation Requirements: • Strong Python skills • Hands-on LLM API experience (Claude preferred, OpenAI/other acceptable) • RAG and/or agent framework experience • Production deployment track record • Excellent English communication • Reliable, deadline-oriented, able to work independently Nice to have: • Experience in financial services, legal, or compliance contexts • Familiarity with EU AI Act or DORA • Existing Anthropic Academy progress or interest Engagement: Starting as hourly freelance.
