Fix PHP Mailer and File Loading Issue

My linux cwp panel webpage server hard drive crashed and I lost my website. I had to reload a fresh copy of cwp panel server and I restore my website files from a backup. I uploaded the files back to my new web server and now I can no longer send forms to my email like before...
