We are looking for someone who can help us transform Salesforce from a CRM into an intelligent operating system. Initial Projects: AI-generated account summaries Opportunity identification and scoring Referral partner intelligence Sales activity analysis Route and territory optimization Automated coaching recommendations AI-powered account research OpenAI integration into Salesforce workflows Required Skills: Salesforce Administration Salesforce Flow Salesforce API integrations OpenAI API Prompt engineering Data modeling Custom objects and fields Reporting and dashboards Preferred Skills: Agentforce Einstein AI Apex development Python n8n Zapier HubSpot Revenue Operations Restoration, construction, insurance, or home services experience What Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days: Deploy our first Account Intelligence Agent Generate automated account summaries Create opportunity scoring framework Build AI recommendations for our business development team Initial project engagement Potential ongoing advisory role 30–40 hours per week to start
