Senior Laravel & AWS Expert – Launch Website & Mobile App in UAE

Project Overview: We are an established e-commerce brand, Palm Outlet (palmoutlet4g.com), operating under an official Dubai Trade License. Our system is hosted on an AWS UAE region server (Dubai data center) to serve the Gulf market. The website is built on a custom Laravel framework structured for multi-country deployment (launching in the UAE first, followed by KSA, other Gulf nations, and Europe). The frontend design is live and indexed, but the backend is unstable and throwing server errors. Our domain name is currently mid-transit from IONOS to AWS Route 53. The previous development agency failed to deliver the project after 11 months and has been completely terminated. We are seeking a single, elite, individual Full-Stack Laravel & AWS Engineer (NO AGENCIES) to audit our repository, stabilize the backend logic, fix our layout issues, and successfully launch the store in the UAE. Immediate Initial Engagement (Week 1 Task): The first 10 hours of this contract will be a dedicated, paid technical code and infrastructure audit. You will be given access to our downloaded Laravel source code repository, database schemas, and AWS server environment to deliver a written diagnostic report identifying the root causes of our active backend server errors. Subsequent Scope of Work: 1. Fix all backend bugs to stabilize the checkout flow and multi-country database routing logic. 2. Complete the AWS UAE SSL certificate validation via ACM once our Route 53 domain transfer finalizes. 3. Fully test and connect our live enterprise API integrations for Network International (payments), Aramex, and iMile (logistics). 4. Utilize our master Figma design files to fix mobile web responsiveness bugs, font rendering issues, layout alignments, and user interface errors on live pages. 5. Review a separate, partial mobile application code repository to analyze its layout bugs (such as full-screen display issues) and provide a technical roadmap for its launch in a future phase. Required Qualifications: - 6+ years of specialized experience in Laravel (PHP) development and backend architecture. - Documented mastery of AWS infrastructure management (EC2 T3 instances, RDS databases, IAM profiles, Route 53, and ACM validation). - Direct experience deploying multi-currency, multi-region e-commerce systems. - Exceptional frontend styling skills (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind or Bootstrap) to fix mobile browser layout alignment issues. - Absolute transparency, clear communication, and clean documentation habits.
