Vector VMS and ATS

**Job Title: ATS / VMS Integration Specialist — Workable & VectorVMS** We are looking for an experienced ATS/VMS Integration Specialist to help connect **VectorVMS** with our **Workable ATS**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, vendor management systems, API integrations, workflow automation, and recruiting technology platforms. **Responsibilities:** * Integrate VectorVMS requisitions and candidate/submission workflows with Workable ATS. * Review current recruiting workflow and recommend the best integration approach. * Configure data flow between systems, including job requisitions, candidate records, status updates, and vendor submissions. * Work with APIs, webhooks, CSV imports/exports, or middleware tools as needed. * Test the integration to ensure accurate data syncing and minimal manual work. * Document the setup and provide basic training or handoff instructions. **Requirements:** * Experience integrating ATS, VMS, CRM, or HR technology platforms. * Familiarity with Workable ATS preferred. * Experience with VectorVMS or similar VMS platforms preferred. * Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, candidate submissions, requisitions, and hiring stages. * Knowledge of APIs, Zapier/Make, middleware, or custom integration tools. * Ability to troubleshoot syncing, field mapping, and workflow issues. **Project Type:** Short-term integration project **Goal:** Create a smooth connection between VectorVMS and Workable to reduce manual entry and improve recruiting workflow efficiency.
