WordPress Setup with Masteriyo LMS

Need someone to setup my WordPress website to work with Masteriyo LMS. I have a WordPress.com basic plan and will need to customize the look and design. The ideal candidate should have experience in WordPress and LMS setup, and be able to work within the limitations of a basic plan to deliver a visually appealing and functional site.
