Real Estate CMS System Development

We already have a fully functional Real Estate CMS and are looking for an experienced developer to add a Report Export feature. The system is built and working well, so this is not a full CMS development project. The CMS includes multiple reports such as project-wise sales, available and sold units, payment reports, outstanding installments, collection summaries, and client account statements. We need the ability to export these reports in both PDF and Excel (XLSX) formats. The export functionality should support filtered data, including date ranges, projects, clients, booking status, and any other filters available in the reports. The exported files should have a clean, professional layout with proper headings, totals, and formatting. The solution should also perform well with large datasets. If you have experience implementing PDF and Excel export features in existing web applications, please share examples of similar work.
