SaaS AI Agent RAG & React Blueprint

we have a SaaS product and honestly the onboarding is a mess. People sign up and then just... leave. We think it's because they don't know what to do next and there's nobody to guide them. We want something like AI Agent a little chat bubble or popup inside the app that can answer questions based on where the user is. Not just a generic FAQ thing like it should actually know what page they're on and help them with that specific thing. We have docs already written, we just want the AI to use those instead of making stuff up. If it can't answer, it should hand off to our live chat (we use Intercom). Would also be cool to know if it's actually helping like are people raising fewer support tickets after we add it.
