Website Build for Consumer Brand

I'm hoping you can help build a consumer website (prefer Shopify) based on existing designs. I already have the page layouts/mockups, branding, graphics, videos, copy, and domain. I need someone to recreate the designs as a responsive website with four pages (Home, Shop, About, FAQ) including image sliders where applicable, and mobile optimization. This is primarily website build not design. One important requirement is that I retain full ownership of the website. The site should be built under my Shopify account (or transferred to my account before final payment), and I must have full administrator access to all files, themes, and code. We just need a simple website for now ($250, its mainly just combining existing material into the initial website), and we'd intend to continue hiring/paying you to evolve the website over time.
