Fix unreliable Arkansas crash-report checkout receipt detection We run an automated buyer (Python + Selenium/Firefox) against the Arkansas State Police crash report site and GovPay/NIC checkout. The script searches reports, fills payment, submits, and must capture a Thank You receipt with an Order/Transaction ID before it records the purchase and moves on. Success looks like: submit payment → confirmation modal → OK → Thank You page with Order Id → write report + txn id to CSV. The failure we’re hiring to fix After payment is submitted and the confirmation modal OK is clicked, the site often does not land on the Thank You receipt page. As a result, we do not receive the reports. This needs to work with a headless setup on AWS. So we will need to make sure we can get it to work every single time there
