Looking for a US-Based Software Engineer for Long-Term Collaboration

Hi, I’m looking for a reliable software engineer based in the US for a possible long-term collaboration. The ideal person has solid experience with web or backend development and is comfortable working remotely. I’m mainly interested in someone who can communicate clearly, join occasional calls, review technical requirements, and help with software-related projects when needed.
