Scope of Work The selected developer will: * Review the existing React codebase and deployment architecture. * Analyze current website performance using tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and browser performance tools. * Identify the primary causes of remaining performance limitations. * Optimize React code and build configuration where possible. * Reduce unnecessary JavaScript and CSS loading. * Improve asset delivery, caching, and CDN configuration. * Evaluate the current hosting/infrastructure setup and recommend improvements. * Configure Cloudflare Pages/CDN migration if appropriate. * Update DNS settings as needed. * Ensure the website continues functioning correctly after changes. * Perform before-and-after performance testing.
