AI/ML Engineer for Hospitality Management

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and integrate intelligent features into our Hospitality Management System. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs), with experience building scalable AI solutions for production environments. You will be responsible for designing and implementing features such as AI-powered chatbots, personalized guest recommendations, demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, customer sentiment analysis, and predictive analytics to improve guest experiences and operational efficiency. You should be proficient in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, and have hands-on experience with LLM APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, and frameworks like FastAPI or Flask. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Docker, and REST APIs is highly desirable. Candidates with previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or travel technology will be given preference.
