# DevOps / Full-Stack Developer — Property Management SaaS

**Part-Time (10-20 hrs/week) | Ongoing | Remote** We're building a property management platform on **Next.js 14, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase, and Vercel**. I'm the product owner and primary developer (using AI-assisted tooling). I handle all designs (Figma), requirements, and most feature work. **I need someone to own the infrastructure and occasionally build features from my specs.** ## Your Responsibilities - Set up and manage **Supabase environments** (dev/staging/prod) with RLS and migrations - Configure **Vercel deployments** with preview, staging, and production pipelines - Build **CI/CD** (GitHub Actions) with automated testing and lint checks - Establish a **testing framework** (unit, integration, E2E) - Maintain clean project scaffolding so I can build features efficiently - Pick up **feature development** tasks from Figma designs when needed ## You Should Have - Real experience with **Supabase** (RLS, migrations, multi-project setups — not just tutorials) - Solid **Vercel + Next.js** deployment and environment management - CI/CD and automated testing background - Can work independently, communicate async, and flag blockers early Nice-to-have: multi-tenant SaaS, Microsoft Graph API, AI/LLM integration. ## To Apply Answer these — skip the cover letter: 1.
