HIK Vision Cameras

I have 4 HIK Vision camera around my house connect to a recorder I wish to add these cameras to my QNAP server but cannot change them because of the the sub net mask being different from my home network... (Budget: £250 - £750 GBP, Jobs: Cisco, Computer Security, Linux, Network Administration, Performance Tuning, Technical Support, Video Streaming)
