Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native)

🟨 Summary We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native) to build and ship production-grade features across our web and mobile systems. You will work closely with product and design to implement high-quality features that directly impact our users. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on writing production code, maintaining systems, and delivering reliable software at speed. 🟨 About Noory Noory is an award-winning startup and the world's largest digital library for Arabic children's books. We build engaging digital reading experiences for children aged 3–8, helping foster early literacy through interactive storytelling. 🟨 The Role As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing features across our mobile and backend systems. You will contribute to system design discussions, collaborate closely with product designers, and QA to bring features from specification to production. Success in this role requires leveraging AI-driven development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and system design. A deep passion for these tools is essential to your success. This is an hourly-based role (20 hours/week) and you must not be committed to another full-time job. 🟨 Responsibilities Build and maintain production features across web and/or mobile applications Work with React Native and modern web technologies Translate product requirements into technical implementations Write clean, maintainable, and testable code Contribute to technical decisions and system improvements 🟨 Requirements Engineering Experience (Required): At least 1 year of hands-on software engineering experience building production applications Proficiency and a deep, demonstrated passion for AI-driven development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to maximize velocity and code quality. Experience with React or React Native Ability to debug and reason about backend and frontend systems Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integration Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 🟨 Nice to Have Experience in startups or small product teams Interest in education, edtech, or consumer apps 🟨 Important Note Strong candidate’s role can expand into broader ownership areas, including product thinking and feature lifecycle responsibility, depending on interest and skills.
