LLM/ AI Search Visibility report

Overview We're OneStream Software, an enterprise financial planning (EPM/FP&A) platform, and we need a contractor to deliver a one-time Share of AI (SoAI) benchmark report measuring our visibility in large language model responses across a defined set of buying-intent queries. As LLMs like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini become primary research tools for enterprise buyers, we need to understand how — and whether — OneStream is being cited, mentioned, and recommended when CFOs and Finance leaders ask AI tools about solutions in our space. This is a time-sensitive deliverable. We need the completed report within 1–2 days of project start. What We Need A structured report covering the following, for each of the 15 queries listed below: LLM response snapshot — what each major LLM (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) returns today Citation/mention analysis — is OneStream cited, mentioned, or recommended? Where do we appear in the response (top, middle, buried, absent)? Competitor visibility — how do Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, Planful, and Pigment appear in the same responses? Share of AI score — a simple, repeatable scoring methodology showing our relative share vs. competitors across all queries and LLMs Historical baseline (Jan–Jun 2026) — where data or cached snapshots are available, we'd like to understand how visibility has shifted over the past 6 months Recommendations — brief notes on gaps and quick wins to improve our LLM visibility The final deliverable should be an Excel workbook (for internal reporting) plus a short summary doc or slide.
