"Front Age Workforce SaaS Platform" Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technology Partner Required Design & Develop an Innovative Career & Workforce SaaS Platform We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer, or small development team, to become our long-term technology partner in designing and developing Phase 1 of an innovative cloud-based SaaS platform. This is a strategic, multi-phase product with global growth ambitions. We are looking for a partner who can build a secure, scalable platform while contributing technical expertise throughout its evolution. ________________________________________ Project Overview The project involves the design and development of a modern web-based platform with multiple user types, secure authentication, workflow automation and scalable cloud architecture. The successful developer will be responsible for delivering the technical foundation for Phase 1, with future development opportunities available. ________________________________________ Required Experience Applicants should demonstrate experience building one or more of the following: 1. SaaS platforms 2. Marketplace platforms 3. Enterprise portals 4. Membership or subscription platforms 5. Recruitment or HR technology 6. Secure document management systems Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase/Firebase, Stripe, AWS, Vercel or equivalent cloud platforms will be highly regarded. Stage 2 – Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement Shortlisted applicants will be required to sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving detailed project documentation, functional specifications, existing platform assets and proprietary business information. Following execution of the NDA, shortlisted developers will be invited to submit: 1. Proposed technical architecture 2. Development methodology 3. Preliminary wireframes or mock-ups, where appropriate 4. Detailed project plan 5. Final fixed-price proposal Stage 3 – Final Presentation Finalists will participate in a video meeting with our Management team to present their proposed solution, discuss their technical approach and demonstrate why they are the right long-term technology partner.
