ASP.NET 4.5 Rebuild

I need my existing ASP.NET 4.5 Web Forms application rebuilt from the current source and set up cleanly in Visual Studio 2015. Once the solution opens and compiles locally, the code must be updated so every file and configuration setting mirrors what is running on the live server...
