Build and host simple portfolio website

Need to build a simple portfolio website for a writer, not much content, just small nav bar but need it to be simple and fast and look creative. I already have a domain but need to host it for free, and need to be able to edit the content (text, images, etc). I can provide examples for how it's supposed to look like.
