Build and Scale Modern Web Applications – Full-Stack Developers Wanted

- Overview We are seeking talented Full-Stack Developers to join our growing team and help build scalable, cloud-native web applications. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for contract-to-hire. You will work across the entire stack, from building responsive frontend experiences to developing backend APIs, database architecture, cloud infrastructure, and AI-powered features. We're looking for engineers who are passionate about clean code, problem-solving, and building reliable systems that can scale. - What You'll Work On *Design and develop modern web applications and internal platforms *Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services *Develop AI-powered features and integrations using modern AI tools and APIs *Create responsive frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks *Design and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases *Deploy and maintain applications on AWS *Improve application performance, reliability, and security *Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams *Participate in code reviews and technical discussions *Help shape architecture and engineering best practices - Required Skills *Strong JavaScript experience *Backend development with Python and/or Rust *RESTful API design and development *PostgreSQL and MongoDB *AWS services and cloud deployment *Git version control *Full-stack application development experience *Strong debugging and problem-solving skills - Nice to Have *AI application development experience *Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) *Docker and containerized deployments *CI/CD pipelines *Microservices architecture *Infrastructure as Code *Serverless AWS services - Ideal Candidate *3+ years of professional software development experience *Comfortable working independently *Excellent communication skills *Able to take ownership of features from concept to deployment *Interested in a long-term engagement with potential full-time conversion - Availability *20–40 hours per week *Long-term engagement (6+ months) *Remote
