Resolve VPS Server Downtime Issue

I have a Godaddy VPS hosting, and my hosting server getting down in every few days to week time and i need to resolve this issue. I need to make sure my server does NOT get down. each time if i restart my server from goDaddy panel, it would work normally again... (Budget: $10 - $30 USD, Jobs: Cloud Computing, Drupal, Linux, Technical Support, Web Hosting, Website Optimization)
