Automated Strategy Framework Developer – Dual-Exchange Integration (Bybit & BingX)

I need an experienced developer to integrate a robust, state-machine-driven framework into both the Bybit and BingX APIs simultaneously. Your existing, battle-tested architecture is strongly preferred—reliability and clean design matter more than development speed. The finished system must report key events (adjustments, status changes, executions, and standard triggers) through Telegram using reliable, production-ready messaging patterns. Key requirements: A clear, maintainable state-machine architecture. Equal integration weight for both exchanges. Secure handling of all runtime secrets and configurable parameters (they must stay invisible outside the codebase). Payment will follow Upwork's standard milestone process: funds are held in escrow and released upon successful delivery and approval of the completed, fully functioning system. No upfront payment.
