AI Chatbot /Machine Learning Engineer / Python Developer

Looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Python Developer to build an AI chatbot for our e-commerce store. REQUIREMENTS - Conversational AI chatbot built in Python - Product search & recommendations (answer customer questions about products, pricing, availability, and specs) - Order status / order tracking support - FAQ handling (shipping, returns, refund policy, etc.) - Ability to integrate with store product data (via API or provided catalog/CSV) - NLP/LLM-based logic for natural, accurate responses - Simple FastAPI endpoint so it can be tested or embedded in the store - Basic conversation flow for handling greetings, fallback responses, and handoff when it can't answer DELIVERABLES - Working chatbot accessible via API - Documentation for how product data is fed into the chatbot - Basic setup/integration instructions NICE TO HAVE - Experience integrating chatbots with Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms - Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar)
