Full-stack Developer for Real Estate SaaS

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge, AI-powered SaaS platform tailored for the Real Estate industry. In this role, you will own the architecture and implementation of both front-end user experiences and robust back-end systems. You will play a pivotal role in integrating advanced AI technologies to automate workflows, analyze property data, and deliver predictive insights for our users. Key Responsibilities - Architecture & Core Development Front-End Excellence: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using Next.js (App Router) and React.js. Back-End & Database Management: Build scalable serverless functions, APIs, and optimize a robust PostgreSQL database for complex relational data (e.g., listings, user profiles, transaction histories). State Management & Data Fetching: Implement efficient client-side state management and optimized data fetching strategies (e.g., React Query, SWR, or modern Next.js server actions). - AI Integration & Data Processing AI Feature Implementation: Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Anthropic) and vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) to power features like automated property descriptions, intelligent real estate chatbots, and market trend analysis. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain pipelines for processing, embedding, and querying large datasets related to property valuations and market metrics. - SaaS Infrastructure & Security Authentication & Multi-Tenancy: Implement secure multi-tenant authentication and authorization systems (e.g., Clerk, Auth0, or NextAuth.js). Payment Integration: Integrate subscription billing, usage-based metering, and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). Performance & DevOps: Optimize the application for maximum speed, SEO, and scalability. Manage deployment pipelines (e.g., Vercel, AWS) and implement monitoring/logging tools. - Required Skills & Qualifications Frameworks: Expertise in Next.js (including Server Components and Server Actions) and React.js. Languages: High proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+). Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and ORMs (e.g., Prisma, Drizzle). AI/ML: Proven experience integrating third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) into production environments. Styling/UI: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, or Shadcn UI for building accessible, clean components. - Professional Experience SaaS Background: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with a specific focus on building and scaling SaaS platforms. Domain Knowledge: Preferred but not required: Experience working with real estate data, MLS integrations, or geographic information systems (GIS).
