Full-Stack Developer — PropTech SaaS Platform (Next.js / PostgreSQL / Multi-Tenant)
About the Project
Parcelle is a real estate development operating system built for property developers and lenders. The platform covers five modules — Design, Construction, Sales, Finance, and Accounting — with a dual-client architecture that includes a separate Bank Portal for lenders.
This is a serious, investor-track SaaS product, not a simple CRUD app. It includes complex features like a waterfall distribution engine, capital stack modeling, pro forma financials, draw request workflows, and role-isolated lender access. The design and UX are already defined through a detailed clickable prototype.
