Telegram Bot with React Admin

Need to develop a small Telegram bot using Python and aiogram with a simple React/Next.js admin page. The bot should save received messages to a JSON file, and the admin page should display the last 20 messages. No authentication or database is required. Deliverables: source code, README, and setup instructions.
