EDL Tablet Bootloop Unbrick Help

My OnePlus tablet is stuck in a hard boot-loop. Normal recovery, fastboot, factory reset—nothing works, and the only port Windows now sees is “Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008,” so EDL mode is my last option...
