Hello, I sell an online subscription to a video editing program. A buyer signs up through my website, and I use PayPal and PayPal Manager to facilitate the initial transaction, as well as the monthly or annual recurring payments. This setup was arranged by a web company.  Currently, a large percentage of my subscribers' recurring payments are being rejected, resulting in their accounts being automatically cancelled. Additionally, I receive messages from buyers stating that their initial payments do not go through. I suspect that the issue stems from the way the web company has set up the way a buyer's subscription portal/account is created when the initial payment is processed. It seems that some recurring payments may appear "suspicious" to credit card companies, resulting in their rejection.  I get messaged by users all the time who have had their accounts cancelled. They tell me there is no issue with funds or their cards. The web company insists that this is not their fault, but I don't know how to analyze the situation to identify the problem. I need someone who can work independently to investigate and determine what might be causing the issues with the setup and the connection between PayPal and my website.
